Cellcom , an Israeli cellular provider provides a very cool service named "personal camera" allowing subscribers to monitor any usb camera on any Internet connected PC to be seen from 3rd generation mobiles. This service had a monthly fee until recently which was canceled as the service became free. This is a fantastic tool for anyone wishes to keep an eye on his/her small office or home when being on the road.
