Healthier by an administration act

According to americanheart.org blood pressure is the pressure of the blood against the walls of the arteries and results from two forces. One is created by the heart as it pumps blood into the arteries and through the circulatory system. The other is the force of the arteries as they resist the blood flow.

I had my blood pressure taken today by Amos (in the picture, when he is not taking my blood pressure): 110/70. best anyone can ask for. The funny thing he told me was that they reduced the recommended values a while ago and now 110/70 is the optimal level.

I took my blood pressure a few times in my life before. I don't remember the results as I wasn't having this blog back then... but i do remember it was always considered all right but a bit low. well, now its not. now its perfect. I actually became healthier by an administration act.
